Daniel Iozzi serves as Project Director, providing strategic leadership and executive oversight for complex construction projects from preconstruction through completion. He partners with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to guide project planning, manage execution, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality results that align with project goals, budgets, and schedules.

Jason Iozzi

Jason Iozzi is a seasoned preconstruction executive with extensive experience delivering complex commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. He leads preconstruction efforts from conceptual estimating through procurement and buyout, partnering closely with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to develop accurate budgets, identify value engineering opportunities, and drive cost-effective project solutions. Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, Jason is committed to delivering well-planned projects that lay a strong foundation for successful construction.
